| The credit union board of
directors establishes dividend rates and annual percentage yields (APY)
monthly. All dividends are compounded daily and paid monthly and at
maturity. The dividend rate and APY were accurate as of the effective date
above. Fees may reduce earnings. On term certificates the APY is based on
the assumption that dividends remain on deposit within the account during
the dividend period; withdrawals will reduce earnings; there are penalties
for early withdrawal. IRA Accounts are separately insured to $250,000 by the
